What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and PayPal. You can also finance your purchase using PayPal Credit.


What options do you provide for shipping?

We offer USPS standard (first class) shipping and USPS Priority (2-Day). First class shipping is only available for online orders under 13oz in total weight. (Most small orders can be shipped first class) If you need your order faster, please call our store after you place your order and we can usually overnight it via Fedex, UPS or USPS for an additional charge. We ship most items the same day or following business day from our retail store in Madisonville, KY. How soon will I receive my order?

Items are normally shipped within 24  hours after receiving your order excluding weekends and holidays. Since our website uses a real-time inventory management system it is very rare for a listed item to be out of stock, however if it is you'll be notified and given the option to place the item on backorder or to cancel the order.

Do you offer shipping to Canada or outside of North America?

Currently we only offer our items for sale in the contiguous United States. If you wish place an order for delivery to US military bases, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada or anywhere outside North America, please call us at (270) 825-9997.

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

We do not offer any wholesale purchasing options.

Can I pay with a check or purchase order?

If you want to pay for your order with a business check,  please call us at (270) 825-9997 and they will set up your account so that you can place an order without having to submit payment during checkout.  However, purchased items will not ship until we receive your check and funds have been cleared from your financial institution. We do not accept personal checks and we do not offer purchase orders or net terms.

What if I don't see or can't find an item on your site from a specific manufacturer?

We stock over 28,000 items. However, if you can’t find an item on our site from one of our in-stock brands, please contact us so we can attempt to locate it for you from our vast network of manufacturers. If we find it we’ll send you a quote using our everyday discount formula.

What is your return policy for items that I don't need or want or if I change my mind?

If you decide you simply don’t want the product you must notify us by email within 3 business days after receiving the item. Please tells us why you changed your mind. We want your feedback so that we can better evaluate the products we are offering for sale. We will issue a return authorization and send you packaging and shipping instructions. You must ship the item back within 3 business days after receiving the return authorization number using the original shipping container. The item must be received in new and resalable condition in its original package. Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will issue a refund to your credit card less the original shipping charges.  IMPORTANT: If the item is not returned in the condition described above it will be returned to you at your expense.

What is your return policy for damaged of defective merchandize?

You must notify us by email within 10 business days after receiving the item and send a complete description of the product's condition or deficiency. We’ll issue you a return authorization and send you a return shipping label by return email. You must ship the item back with 3 business days after receiving the return shipping label. The tem must be shipped in its original shipping container using the return shipping label we've supplied. Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will ship a replacement at our expense.

 

IMPORTANT: If we determine the damage occurred to the item due to improper installation or misuse of the product, no replacement or refund will be made. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.
